About us and our unique greyhound tips/points system. The points system came into play a little while ago now and was really developed to find the best dogs to lay. Each greyhound that is racing, on any day from Australia, Great Britain, and Ireland is allocated a points rating.

Greyhound Tips UK

I have always had an interest in greyhound racing and have kept racing data for years. I liked to select certain dogs that had been running well and then follow them. The biggest win I ever had was using this method of following particular dogs.

The one dog I had been following had been climbing the grading ladder starting in grade 7. She went onto smash the opposition winning by 4 lengths and had even stumbled at the first bend. She then went onto grade 5 and then 4 but had blown the other dogs away. The next race was a grade 3 but she still looked good enough to win, when comparing the opposition. She was priced at a massive 8/1 and I couldn’t understand why considering how she had raced before. I followed my instinct and placed a bet £100 bet on 8/1, thinking that her odds would tumble but, they didn’t. Something though was digging away at me so I put another £100 on and then another £100. This is something normally I wouldn’t do, gambling so much money.

Anyway, she went on to win easily and I banked a massive profit, just from following a certain dog. This gave me the push I needed and my record-keeping then, stepped up and before long I was keeping stats and data from every greyhound in the UK.

I was manually entering this data at the beginning and as you can imagine, it was taking a lot of time. I had some software built that kept better records than I could store manually and now every aspect of a greyhound’s previous races in analysed, even how they get on in the race.
