Our Dog of the Day, Blazeaway Bruvas, justified her short price to land the spoils in the D4 at Dunstall Park.
How the Race Unfolded: Sent off as the 11/10 Favourite, she had to show real determination. Despite being crowded at the first bend (“Crd1”), she used her early pace (EP) to drive through and take the lead (“Ld1”). Once in front on the rails, she held off the challenge from Crypto Dalejo to win by a comfortable 1½ lengths.
