Here are the race reviews and Free Greyhound Tips for the three races selected.
These reviews analyze recent form, speed ratings, and handicap advantages to identify the most likely winners.
Romford 18:53 (Race 2)
Race: Romford Friday Night 500 Maiden – Heat 2 Grade: OR3 | Distance: 400m Analysis: Stradeen Spirit (Trap 3) is the selection to take this Maiden heat. He arrives in excellent form, having won back-to-back A1 races at this track recently in 24.10s and 24.51s. His consistent trapping ability (recent 3.77 split) should see him ping the lids and hold his position against the inside runners.
Whisky Man (Trap 1) is an interesting raider from Monmore. His recent solo trial of 28.72s (480m) suggests his engine is purring, and if he adapts to the Romford traps, he could be hard to hold out. My Lil Bella (Trap 2) has the fastest recent time on the card (24.05s) and explosive early pace (3.74 split), making her a serious threat if she clears the red jacket early.
Verdict: Stradeen Spirit has the proven local A1 winning form.

Sunderland 19:23 (Race 4)
Grade: HP (Handicap) | Distance: 450m Analysis: In this Handicap contest, class often tells, and Four Over (Trap 6) stands out as the superior greyhound. Starting from Scratch (Scr), he has a Topspeed rating of 100, which is significantly higher than his rivals. He has the ability to weave through the field and catch the pace-setters.
Las Vegas (Trap 1) is the “bunny” they have to catch. Starting off R11 (11 meters head start), he is coming off a win and will be looking to make that advantage count. If he gets loose on the front end, he could be difficult to reel in. Moonveen Bullet (Trap 5) is a consistent type who rarely runs a bad race and offers value for the placings.
Verdict: Four Over has the speed and class to overcome the handicap.

Romford 20:53 (Race 6)
Race: Romford Friday Night 500 Maiden Stayers Final Grade: OR3 | Distance: 575m Analysis: Brunch Pal (Trap 2) looks like the banker of the meeting. He was an impressive winner of his heat and boasts a Topspeed rating of 100. He has taken well to the 575m trip (winning two on the bounce) and, drawn inside, he should get a lovely run around the first couple of bends to dominate.
Mad For Cash (Trap 4) relished the step up in trip to win his heat and is the clear danger. He has the strength to challenge late if the favourite encounters any trouble. Made Of Stone (Trap 6) is improving with every look at the track and can pick up the pieces for a place.
Verdict: Brunch Pal is the standout selection to land the final.
